This policy explains what personal information Ticker Launch LLC collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and login records, held by our authentication provider, Clerk.
- Billing details: name, billing address and payment card, collected and held by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability.
How we use it
To provide the Service, manage your subscription, send service and billing emails, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting) process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to process payments. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and afterwards as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can update your email or delete your account by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information; email us to exercise them.
